Or perhaps you indulge in a deep-tissue massage, cranial sacral healing session, or sound bath, the tension dissolving from your body under the skilled hands of a therapist. Stop at a local winery to unwind with a glass of wine or do some holiday shopping before heading home with a renewed sense of peace, purpose, and connection.
